Education Qualification :-
- The Education Qualification State for 8th Pass, 10th Pass , Graduation, Check the Official Notification for Detailed Information.

- Sub-Insperctor UB: The Candidate Should not be less than 20 years of age and not more than 26 years.
- Sub-Insperctor AB: The Candidate Should not be less than 20 years of age and not more than 24 years .
- AB/UB Other Constable : The Candidate Should not be less than18 years of age and not more than 25 years .
Age Relaxation :-
- :Upper age limit will be relaxed for:
- 5 (five) years in respect of candidates belonging to SC, ST (P) and ST(H).
- (ii) 3 (three) years in respect of candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC.
- Nationality- Candidates must be Indian citizens, permanent resident of Assam.
- Candidates must register his / her name with a local Employment Exchange of Assam.
