1.Resident Superintendent:

• Any woman having a Masters in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/Social Science/Psychology with at least 5 years” experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non-Government project/programme and preferably with at least 1-year experience of counselling either within or outside the same set-up.
• Candidate should be preferably a resident of the local community so that local human resource and expertise is utilised for effective functioning of the centre.

2.Office Assistant:

• Any person who is a graduate with a minimum of 3- years’ experience in handling office documentation per month related job with proficiency in working on computers, at state or district level with government or Non- Governmental organizations.

3.Multi-purpose Staff:

• Any person who is literate with knowledge/experience per month. of working in the relevant domain. High School pass or equivalent will be preferred.

4.Cook:

• Any person who is literate with knowledge/experience of working in the relevant domain. High School pass or equivalent will be preferred.

5.Security Guard/ Night Guard:

• Any person having at least 2 years experience of working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the district/ state level. He/ she should preferably be retired military/para-military personnel.

6. Center Administrator:

• Any women having a Bachelor in law/- Social Work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology with at least 3 years experience of working on women related relevant domains in a government or Non-Government project/programme.
• She Should be preferably a resident of Local Community so that local human resource and expertise is utillzed for effective functioning of the center.

8.Counsellor:

• Any Women having professional degree/diploma in psychology /psychiatry/neurosciences with a back ground of health sector and preferably with at least 3 years experience of working of working within a governmnet o Non-Government health project/programme at district level.

9.Office Assistant :

• Any Graduate with at least Diploma in computers/IT etc. with a minimum of 3 years experience in data management . process documentation and web-based reporting formats. video conferencing at state or district level  with Government of Non-Govrnment /IT-based organizations.

10. Multi Purpose Staff /Cook(MPW):

• Any women who is literate with knowledge/experience of working in the relevant domain. High Dchool pass or equivalent will be preferre However it would not be applicable for candidate having working experience at One Stop Center.

11.Security Guard/ Night Guard:

• Any person having at least 2 years experience of working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the district/ state level. He/ she should preferably be retired military/para-military personnel.
