Age Limit :
- Minimum 18 years
- maximum 24 years as on 01-10-2024
- The upper age limit is relaxable :
(i) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates,
(ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates,
(iii) Persons with benchmark disability (PWBD) 10 years irrespective of
SC/ST/OBC and UR Category of candidates.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 6 of the Constitution of India and must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- As a domicile proof of the candidate, he/she must upload a copy of the validPermanent Resident Certificate issued in Assam for educational purpose/
- Employment Exchange Registration Certificate will be treated as proof of residency.

Note:
1. The qualification prescribed shall be from a recognized Institute/ University as full
time. regular course in relevant disciplines with minimum 50% marks in aggregate
for General and OBC candidates and 45% marks in aggregate in case of SC/ST/PwBD
candidates against reserved positions.
Period of Apprenticeship Training: 12 months
Stipend: Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 9,000.00/- (Rupees Nine Thousand) only subject to satisfactory performance during the
apprenticeship period.
