ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
The candidate must satisfy the following criteria:-
- Nationality- Candidates must be Indian citizens, permanent resident of Assam.
- Selected candidates will have to submit proof of residence /Domicile Certificate after publication of the final select list. However, candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC/MOBC are exempted from submitting such certificates.
- Candidates must register his/ her name with a local Employment Exchange in Assam.
- Candidates must speak Assamese or any other state language fluently.

- Minimum age : 18 Years
- Maximum age : 25 Years
Relaxations :Upper age limit will be relaxed for:

- Long Jump: Minimum 335 cm for long jump (3 chances to be given and the longest valid jump rounded off to the nearest cm will be considered for awarding marks)
Female Candidates:
- Race : Those who qualify in the PST will be subjected to 1600 metres race to be completed within 08 minutes .
- Long Jump: Minimum 244 cm for long jump (3 chances to be given and the longest valid jump rounded off to the nearest cm will be considered for awarding marks).
